We gather this data exclusively through our website contact forms, client onboarding intake sheets, or direct text-to-join keywords.

    We use your mobile data strictly for operational, non-marketing business purposes. This includes communicating answers to your questions, requesting information required for consulting services, and sending administrative updates regarding your account. One Stop Consulting Shop LLC will never use your mobile number to send advertisements, promotional offers, or marketing campaigns.

    No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or lease your mobile numbers or consent data to anyone. Data sharing is limited strictly to our downstream SMS platform provider to facilitate the transmission of your messages, under strict confidentiality terms.
  4. Opt-Out & Assistance (STOP & HELP)
    • To Opt-Out: You can cancel your text subscription at any time. Reply STOP to any text message received from us. After texting STOP, you will receive one final text confirming your opt-out, and we will no longer send you text messages.
    • For Help: If you need assistance or have questions about our messaging, reply HELP to any text, or contact our support team directly at [email protected] or 407-922-0918.
  5. Message and Data Rates
    Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent from us to you, or from you to us. Message frequency depends entirely on the ongoing questions or information requests relevant to your consulting services.
