FL Annual Report Filing

We can file your annual report for you!  We need to confirm if any of your company’s information has changes; we will need your payment form for the State’s Annual Filing Fee and we charge $25 to handle this task for you. Please complete the request form below and we will make sure to file your annual report with the State of Florida (we only provide this service for Florida Residents) prior to May 1st.  After May 1st, if your annual report is not renewed on time, you may be required to pay a $400 company reinstatement fee.  Don’t be late!
