Below you will find our engagement terms for tax preparation services, organizer for your specific business tax return and encrypted portal for you to upload sensitive financial and personal information which would include drivers' licenses, social security numbers and banking information. All clients must complete the Corporate Engagement Letter and an Organizer for your business tax structure. If you prepared your own Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheet or relied upon a bookkeeper other than or including One Stop Consulting Shop, please sign the following statement agreeing that you have reviewed and approved all numbers used in your P&L and Balance Sheet.
1. Copy of Drivers License for every shareholder/owner
2. Copy of prior year tax return (all pages)
3. Copy of shareholder basis statement (this is a new requirement as of 2018)
4. Copy of all Depreciation Schedules (if not included with the tax return)
5. Copy of any prior year TPP Return (Tangible Personal Property) - if applicable
Once we receive your in-take form, you will be assigned to one of our licensed Tax Professionals. At that time, we will email you a client release form which is required from the IRS any time we release your information to a 3rd party as well as their specific engagement form required for them to begin work on your return.
Please Note: This is a General Folder. All files must be named/labeled with your Last Name so we can identify your files and move them to your individual client portal.
